Betty Patrick Chastain
Mrs. Betty Patrick Chastain, 89 of Madison passed away December 4, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Clinton and Marie Graves Patrick and had a brother, Lamar Patrick.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex W. Chastain.
She is survived by by her children, Terry (Lynn) Chastain and Barbara (Alan) Minnigerode. She leaves 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren as well as her sister-in-law, Nannette Patrick Erb.
The memorial service will be Friday, December 8 at 1PM at A.E. Carter Funeral Home in the chapel.
