Faithful Servant Dies Here May 11

  

Mandy Johnson Cash, faithful servant and companion of Mrs. Alice B. Snelling for fifty two years, died Wednesday, May 11 at the home of her cousins, Annie Bell and John Crittle. Mandy had been ill for the past two years.

  

Funeral services were held at Calvary Baptist Church on Sunday, May 15.

  

Survivors include a sister, Emma Love, of Chattanooga, Annie Bell and John Crittle of Madison, and Mary Lizzie King of Augusta.

  

Burial was in the Madison City Cemetery. Mrs. Snelling said that she was a faithful, honest and kind companion to the end and will greatly missed here.
