Mr. William Messer, “Bill” of Buckhead died May 24, 2015.  

 

Mr. Messer was 57 years old.  He was born September 1, 1957 to the late Deward and Randy Jenkins Messer.  Bill was married to Julie Gnehm.  He worked for C.R. Bard.  Bill attended Madison First United Methodist Church.  

 

He loved his family and time spent taking his son Taylor hunting and fishing.  Bill was a workaholic; he enjoyed farming and could fix anything.

Bill Messer is survived by his wife of almost 32 years, Julie Messer and their son, Taylor.  He also leaves two sisters, Judy Smith and Carolyn Phelps.  He also leaves other family and close friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 11AM at Madison First United Methodist Church.  The family will receive friends following the service.
